Engaging solicitors to complete applications for probate and estate administration can be very expensive, typically incurring fees of hundreds of pounds per hour, which can accumulate fees of many thousands of pounds for more complex estates. We only engage solicitors when it is entirely necessary to do so and can therefore offer our clients much more affordable services, whilst still ensuring the highest standards.
Applying for Probate (in England & Wales)
We have many years of experience in assisting our clients in their applications for probate at the High Court, to either prove their right to act as an Executor under a will or their entitlement to act as an Administrator in intestate estates.
We work flexibly to ensure that our clients receive the level of support that best suits them.
Applying for Confirmation (in Scotland)
We are very experienced in assisting our clients in their applications for Confirmation through the Scottish Sheriff Courts, in both small and large estates, with the requirements set for the latter being particularly difficult for lay applicants to satisfy themselves.
